The Plainville Community Food Pantry, Inc. is a non-profit outreach agency that provides food, energy assistance, clothing, crisis intervention and referral services to individuals in need. In addition to its regular programs, the pantry offers special programs for the registered children of its adult clients for birthdays, holidays, and back to school time. The PCFP also uses other resources at the community, state and federal levels. It is a host site for WIC, a federally funded Women, Infants and Children program. In addition, the pantry works in collaboration with Plainville Adult Education and works in partnership with the United Way. More information is available about other resources here.
